Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to organise a return.
As a small-business, the customer will pay for the return shipping, and we cover the additional fees (such as admin and restocking fees).
In order to qualify for a refund, the following rules apply:
- Products must be unworn and accompanied by the original tags.
- Products must be returned in their original and undamaged shoebox.
- Returns must be provided with the completed Return Form.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the returned products do not meet these requirements, they will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (or sooner). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
